The Big Freeze

Well, since I've made such a big deal about having an open mind, I ought to admit, I might have badly misjudged the onset of global warming.

Bloody nippy is how I'd have described it this morning. That was before three inches of snow fell while I was at work - and showed no letting up as I gingerly guided my rear-wheel drive yacht home. Average speed? Maybe 20mph. And I felt like Juan Pablo Montoya as I did it.

The weather here in the UK is bonkers. Yesterday we had a balmy 14°C and bright sunshine (mad for mid February!) and today it's so foggy you can't see the end of the garden, with a thick ground frost covering everything. No snow so far this winter though. x
